In this session, I will give several strategies for creating self-paced and personalized units that will allow students to work at their appropriate level. I will discuss tech tools such as blendspace and Go Formative, that make the creation of personalized units possible. Classroom management tips will also be given with websites and apps as resources. I will also discuss student examples tied to CCSS Math, CSS ELA, NGSS. I will share how to overcome real issues myself and other teachers experience on this journey. Attendees will walk away with a structure that will give them a template to create units that are driven by the students and help all learners meet the standards.
